BEAG Overview

BEAG provides evidence-based certification for bakery equipment aligned with the ANSI/ASB Z50 standard. It replaces legacy BISSC references with documented assessments so bakers and OEMs can reduce risk, improve cleanability, and standardize expectations across procurement and design.
