| Internal Equipment Evaluation |
To complete an internal conformance assessment, it must be purchased by your certified internal equipment evaluator at the location that is being evaluated.
1. Apply for Product Assessment for Each Piece of Equipment you want Evaluated Application for internal assessment is $275.00 USD per model. Associated fees are renewable annually on the anniversary of your assessment.
2. The Internal Equipment Evaluator Completes the Assessment Once the application has been submitted, the Certified Internal Equipment Evaluator purchasing it will receive two emails. Included in these emails are a receipt for the application fee and instructions on where to find the assessment(s). When ready, the certified internal equipment evaluator then completes the equipment assessment adhering to the standards of the ANSI Z50.2-2015 (R20) Bakery Equipment Sanitation Standards.
3. Receive Recognition of Certificate of Conformity Document and Purchase BEAG Symbols When your equipment is recognized for conformity, a Recognition Certificate of Conformity document for the approved equipment will be issued via email, valid through the annual anniversary of issuance. With each recognized model, you are authorized to purchase BEAG symbols and affix them to the equipment as symbols of your commitment and achievement.
