By purchasing the BEAG Certified Internal Equipment Evaluator Training Course, you are agreeing to share your contact information with the American Society of Baking (ASB).

The BEAG Certified Internal Equipment Evaluator Training Course will be accessed through the American Society of Baking's (ASB) learning management system. For individuals to complete the course, take the final exam and obtain certification, your contact information will be shared with ASB for this purpose only.

ANSI STANDARDS CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-TRANSFERABILITY NOTICE

As part of the course, you will obtain a copy of the ANSI Z50.2 Standard as a PDF.  This document contains proprietary information and standards intended solely for the use of the authorized recipient. By accessing or possessing this document, you agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Transferability: This document is provided to you for your personal internal organizational use only. It is strictly forbidden to copy, share, reproduce, distribute, or transfer this document, in whole or in part, to any third party, including other individuals within your organization, other organizations, or any other entities, without explicit written permission from the document owner.

2. Legal Consequences: Any unauthorized transfer, distribution, or use of this document may result in legal action and penalties under applicable laws and regulations.

3. Accountability: The authorized recipient of this document is solely responsible for ensuring its safekeeping and preventing any unauthorized access.
