If you are an internal equipment evaluator and DO NOT SEE your company listed in the registered company directory in the link above, you must first register your company and pay the fee. Once you register the company, you will receive an email with a link to register as an internal equipment evaluator for your company.

If you are an internal equipment evaluator and DO see your company listed in the registered company directory in the link above, select the "Internal Equipment Evaluator" registration type below. When you get to the registration section where it asks for organization, your company will auto-populate as you type. You must type the name exactly as it appears in the directory to create a sub-account of your company.

Registration renewal fees are paid annually.
